Terms

The agreement
These terms apply when you use the Percore app or this website. Using either means you accept them. If you do not, do not use Percore — that is genuinely the whole mechanism.
What Percore is
Percore is a daily practice with four short perceptual exercises. It measures how closely you reproduce something you were just shown or played, and reports that measurement back to you over time.
What it is not: Percore is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, or a test of vision, hearing, intelligence or cognitive ability. Nothing it reports is a clinical finding, and it must not be used as one. If you are worried about your sight, your hearing or your health, see a clinician. Percore makes no claim that practising it improves anything other than your scores in Percore.
Your account
You can use Percore without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials to yourself and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has them. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
You are responsible for what happens through your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to abuse other people.
Percore Pro
Percore Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought inside the app through the App Store. It renews at the end of each period until you cancel, and it is cancelled in your Apple ID settings — not by us, and not by deleting the app.
Prices are shown before you buy, in your own currency. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms; we cannot issue one on their behalf, though we will always help you ask.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the period you have paid for ends, and the free daily practice continues afterwards with nothing removed.
Using it reasonably
Please do not:
- try to break, overload or probe the service, or the accounts of other people;
- automate play, forge results, or otherwise submit measurements that did not come from a person performing the exercise;
- copy or redistribute the app’s content as your own product;
- use Percore where doing so would be against the law where you are.
Ownership
Percore, its name, its mark, its interface and its exercises belong to us. Your practice data belongs to you; we hold it to provide the service, as described in the privacy page.
Availability
We aim to keep Percore working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and a feature may be removed if it stops being worth keeping — where that would materially affect a paid subscription, we will say so in advance.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Percore is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the use of Percore shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Ending it
You can stop using Percore at any time, and delete your account whenever you like — see the deletion page. We may end this agreement if you break these terms in a way that matters.
