Things you can fix faster than we can
The tone in the pitch exercise is silent
Check the physical mute switch on the side of your iPhone and the volume while the app is open. If a Bluetooth device is connected, the audio is going there. The exercise will not score a round it could not play.
My streak or history has gone
Progress is stored on the device. Reinstalling without an account clears it. If you have an account and it is still missing, email us — do not reset anything first.
The app opened but the invitation link did nothing
Invitation links open today's practice. If today's is already finished, the link has nowhere to send you — that is the expected behaviour, not a failure.
I want my account and data deleted
That has its own page, with exactly what happens and what it cannot undo.
