Delete your account
Deletion is permanent, and there are three things it cannot reach. Both are spelled out below before you start.

How to delete your account
You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the app or by contacting [email protected].
If you write to us, send it from the address your account uses — that is how we know the request is yours. If you cannot, say so and we will find another way to check.
Most deletions are processed immediately.
Removal of information from encrypted backups may take up to 30 days as part of our normal backup rotation process.
Some information may be retained where required by applicable law, including records related to completed purchases or legal obligations.
You will get a confirmation when it is done. We do not put a form in front of you first, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
What is deleted
- Your account and its authentication record.
- Your session history: every recorded session, its rounds and its scores.
- Your display name and the code that identified you in shared invitations.
- Your friendships and any challenge history attached to your account.
- Your push-notification registration.
What deletion cannot reach
Three things, stated plainly because finding them out afterwards would be worse:
- Your subscription. Percore Pro is billed by Apple. Deleting your Percore account does not cancel it — cancel it in your Apple ID settings, or you will keep being charged.
- The copy on your phone. Practice history is stored on the device as well. Delete the app, or use Reset progress in Settings, to remove that copy.
- Records we are required to keep. Payment and tax records that the law obliges us to retain stay for as long as it obliges us. They contain no practice data.
Anonymous, aggregated counts that can no longer be connected to you — how many sessions were played on a given day, for instance — are not deleted, because there is nothing left in them to identify.
If you never made an account
Then there is nothing on our side to delete. Everything Percore knows about your practice is on your phone: delete the app, or use Reset progress in Settings, and it is gone.
It is not reversible
Once your practice history is deleted we cannot restore it. The encrypted backups it may briefly persist in are rotated automatically and are not something we can restore an individual account from. If you want a copy first, ask for one in the same email and we will send it before deleting anything.
